YONKERS MAYOR MIKE SPANO TO VISIT LOCAL PIZZERIA TO CELEBRATE PHASE II OF NEW YORK STATE’S REOPENING.

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will have lunch at Midland Pizzeria & Restaurant, Wednesday, June 10 at 12PM at 853 Midland Ave, Yonkers, to celebrate Phase II of the city’s reopening.  Phase II includes the reopening of restaurants for outdoor seating only. Last month, Mayor Spano issued an emergency order allowing restaurants to apply for fast tracked outdoor dining permits in preparation of the reopening.

Under the order, approved Yonkers restaurants are able to use sidewalks as long as they separate dining areas from passersby and leave four feet of sidewalk open. Establishments also can use their own parking lots and city lots for any ones adjacent to restaurants for seating.
