We Endorse New York State Assemblyman David Buchwald for US Congress in the 17th District in the Democratic Party Primary on June 23rd. This seat Currently Held by Congresswoman Nita Lowey, who is retiring from Congress.
Buchwald has a record of a solid progressive, who always works hard for his constituents and has a solid Public Service record, as a Member of the White Plains Common Council and Now as a New York State Assemblyman. We feel Buchwald will make a great Congressman in the 17th District in taking over for Congresswoman Lowey in our humble opinion.
The other candidates in this race are: David Carlucci, Asha Castleberry-Hernandez, Evelyn Farkas, Allison Fine, Mondaire Jones and Adam Schleifer. We wish all these candidates all the best in this race.
