Judge Thomas R. Daly  Known as a man of great integrity, Judge Daly is a seasoned jurist, who has served the good people of  Yonkers  w ith  distinction for over 20 years.  A lifelong Democrat , Judge Daly has always and will always treat everyone who appears before him with fairness and compassion.  Judge Daly has handled thousands of cases, including criminal cases, misdemeanors and lesser offenses, and civil cases including Landlord & Tenant matters and housing violations, Small Claims and Traffic. Judge Daly serves as the Acting Family Court Judge in the Integrated  Domestic Violence Part, where he has for the past 15 years. Judge Daly provides an open, unbiased courtroom where all voices are heard,  and  all parties,  regardless  of means, are given a  fair shake. As of  January 1, 2021,  Judge Daly will be Chief Judge of the Court , ready to guide the courts return to full operation after the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
