Chris Fink is an accomplished tax attorney, infrastructure finance professional and municipal power expert having worked in senior roles in the municipal and energy sectors since 1992. Consistently ranked as one of the top advisors and underwriters of municipal financings for the power industry, Chris brings a wealth of technical and policy knowledge to proactively fighting climate change and addressing resiliency.
As an expert in complex municipal issues, Chris will take a practical approach to solving difficult issues in his district, from fixing our crumbling infrastructure, to improving public transportation and making sure every school is accountable for educating our kids. He believes our communities should be safe, free of guns, and supported, not harassed, by law enforcement. Access to healthcare is a signature issue for Chris and he is a strong advocate for a woman’s right to make reproductive choices with her medical provider.
Community Oriented
Chris is deeply involved in civic life in Westchester and NYC and has served on the Boards of the Pelham Education Foundation, The Pelham Children’s Center and the YMCA of Greater New York.
Chris has attended 3 universities within New York and received his B.A. from SUNY Albany, a Juris Doctor degree from SUNY Buffalo (with a concentration in state and local government law) and a LL.M. Degree in Taxation from NYU School of Law. He lives with his wife, Stacey Gaine, in Pelham, New York. They have 5 children and he has coached numerous kids in team sports.
