Fighting For Disabled #Yonkers Children…..

YONKERS VOICE: Video Journalist Journalist Ru Ros Interviews Retired Yonkers Public Schools Advocate Gail Baxter About Parents And District Policies About Special Education Transportation.

RESULTS MATTER: After Reporter Ru Ros‘ Interview With Gail Baxter The Yonkers Public Schools Superintendent, Dr. #EdwinQuezada, Suddenly Decided That The Two Kids Suffering From The Asthmatic Condition Will Have door To Door Transportation To School As Of Tomorrow Morning.

SCHOOL DISCRIMINATION: Gail Baxter Tells Ru Ros That She Was Outraged To Learn That The Yonkers Public Schools Transportation Director Is Redlining Certain Areas Of Yonkers And Denying Disabled Children Services They Are Legally And Lawfully Entitled To.

CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATED: Gail Baxter told Ru Ros that the Yonkers Public Schools Transportation Director told her, “If we put a bus in that area, do you know how many kids we will have to put on that bus.”

Gail Baxter also tells Ru Ros, that this unlawful discrimination is causing economically disadvantaged children, who are disabled, to incur high absentee rates, because they are not being provided with the transportation services they are legally and lawfully entitled to.

Gail Baxter, further contends that disabled children’s high school absentee rates that are caused by the Yonkers Public Schools discriminatory transportation policies often trigger unfair child protective service investigations of the family

Gail Baxter, also contends that the child protective service investigations unfairly red flags the disabled child’s family until the youngest child graduates from school.

Gail Baxter says she even goes to child protective service hearings that are triggered by the Yonkers Public Schools discriminatory practices towards disabled children. VIa The Hyper Local Yonkers Newswire Facebook News Group
