On behalf of Councilwoman Pineda-Isaac, please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled ‎for Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, Yonkers‎ ‎City Hall, 4th floor.‎ 

 

Agenda:

 

1.    Local Law Authorizing the Sale of Certain Property Known as Chicken Island (Positive Fiscal Impact)

 

2.    Resolution – Authorizing the SEQRA – the action to transfer the Chicken Island property will not have a significant

adverse impact on the environment (No Fiscal Impact)

 

3.    Any additional items that may property come before this Committee.
