1.    Settlement Resolution - $22,500.00 – MCGREEVY, ROBERT – plaintiff allegedly sustained personal injuries as a result of conduct by another student while plaintiff was a student at Saunders High School in 1976. (Fiscal Impact – amount of settlement.) (All Councilmembers.)

2.     Settlement Resolution - $800,000.00 – ADAMCHEK, PATRICIA – plaintiff allegedly sustained personal injuries as a result of conduct by a school teacher while plaintiff was a student at Lincoln High School in the 1980’s. (Fiscal Impact – amount of settlement.) (All Councilmembers.)

 

3.     Special Ordinance – Budget transfer for Law Department.

 

4.    Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
