Statement from Delfim Heusler.

I want to thank Westchester Disabled on the Move for the help in helping me fulfill my dream, which is having my own Apartment. I want to thank Mary Ann Watkins, Housing Advocate who is a blessing and was truly my Guardian Angel in this Process. 

I thank her so much, I don't know what else to say, She was unbelievable in helping me in my time of need, after my Father's Passing and She helped me get that Apartment that I so wanted I thank Mary Ann Watkins, She is truly a Great Person and her and her organization - Westchester Disabled on the Move they do a Great Job for People in this City and County. 

I feel Organizations like this deserve more accolades than what they get. In my View, Mary Ann Watkins is a Hero and Westchester Disabled on the Move is a Blessing as an organization.

I look so forward to entering my New Apartment in the Coming Days and having a New Beginning in my Life. This is a dream that I have always had and I am thankful for this opportunity of having my own Apartment and living out my dream and make my dream come true. All thanks to Westchester Disabled on the Move. I am truly Blessed to be able to say that I have my own Apartment in Yonkers, N.Y. 

I want to also thank Kelly Chiarella of City of Yonkers Office for the Aging for the Assistance and Guidance in this Process and I thank Mrs. Frazier of MHACY who helped me through this Process and also All Yonkers Residents who took an interest in my plight and how I have turned my Longtime Dream and made it truly happen. I am truly the Luckiest Man in Yonkers to have so many people who care about me. I love you all.
