Dear Friends,
A warm salute in celebration of all our great leaders, past and present, who achieved a great deal. These Americans have overcome significant challenges, broken down historical barriers, and defined our nation as the world's greatest country.
The City of Yonkers has been visited by more than a dozen Presidents, before, during or after their presidencies.
Just recently, President Biden visited the campus of Sarah Lawrence College in November. It was an honor to welcome him to our great City and encourage the importance of preserving our democracy.
Today, we reflect on our past American Presidents. We celebrate their vision and recall the many accomplishments and contributions that make up the foundation of the United States of America.
