First Community Activist Prince Robinson said he was going to run against Mayor #MikeSpano and become the first black man to hold that position in The City of Yonkers.

Then community activist #MargaretFountainColeman said she was going to primary #MayorSpano and become the first African American to lead the City of #Yonkers.

Then Anthony Merante said he was throwing in his hat to be the Republican candidate to run for mayor as fellow republican Ron Matten said he was going to work on his "personal brand" and run as the GOP candidate for mayor in 2027.

Now Council Woman Corazon Pineda Isaac says as one of the youngest women ever elected to the City Council, she is now going to seek to be the next mayor in the city of hills.
