There was a Tremendous Event held by Urban Entrepreneur and Mentor Professional Program held at Y on Riverdale Avenue on Saturday, July 23, 2022. The Website for the organization is: https://uepmp.org/

The President of the organization is Mr. Jamie Sanders. The Mission Statement of the Organization is the Following: Urban Entrepreneur and Professional Mentor Partnership’s (UEPMP) mission is to introduce and educate our youth in the broad arena of entrepreneurship and help our participants build business models around their passions, interests and hobbies. We are also committed to providing road maps while assisting them in defining concrete professional career paths connected to their interest. Our goal is to promote economic and social education, collaboration as well as empowerment amongst our community’s most marginalized and disenfranchised youth as we usher them in as some of our new generation of young entrepreneurs and leaders.

Other Info: THE BUSINESS EXPO AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM

The Business expo and entrepreneurship Program allows you to be directly involved with the development of the children in our community. We have all heard that "It takes a village to raise a child", so we are asking the village to step up and take part in the nurturing of our community's youth. Your tax deductible gift will help purchase computer equipment, business instructional resources, consultants and other supplies. Your gift would also help support our approaching                      YOUNG ENTREPRENEURER’S BUSINESS EXPO AND ART EXHIBITION as well as with the summer camps in 2022 at a critical time when our children need constructive activities to be involved in.

It was a Tremendous Event, Kudos to the Organization on this Well run Event for the Community and Youth in the City of Yonkers. We hope that there will be more Events in the future from this Organization. 

Speakers at this Event were: Yonkers City Council Majority Leader Tasha Diaz 3rd District, Help is on the way, Suicide stop it now, The Golden Ghetto and Many others as well. 

Performers at the Event were: Gift of Dance.

Vendors at the Event were the Following: More High Vibes, Destiny Artwork, Just US Body Butter, Lipstick Junkie Boutique,  Lolita's, The Golden Ghetto, Meraki Artistry by Seven & Aminta Designs. 

Very Instrumental in this Event as well were: Community Activist Mo Perry, Volunteering her time Community Activist Brandi Campbell, President Jamie Sanders, Yonkers City Council Majority Leader Tasha Diaz 3rd District and Many others helped make this Event an Absolute Success.
