On May 3, 2022, the Yonkers City Council held a Real Estate Committee meeting and a Rules Committee meeting. All items on both agendas appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items.
Real Estate Committee Agenda


1.Resolution finding that the action to transfer 66 Pier Street to the City of Yonkers Industrial Development Agency for the purpose of developing housing, open space and public improvements will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. (Kept in Committee for further discussion)
