Yonkers Insider: Latest Recipient of Portrait of Achievement: Former Westchester County Legislator and Current Business Owner, Virginia Perez.

 

Yonkers Insider hands out Latest Portrait of Achievement to Former Westchester County Legislator and Current Business Owner of Pet Luxury and Her Name is Virginia Perez. She got Elected to the Westchester County Legislature in 2011 when, She beat Westchester County Legislator Jose Alvarado and Got Sworn into Office in 2012 and stood in Office till the end of 2019. 

 

She decided not to Seek another term on the Westchester County Board of Legislators, due to wishing to devote more time to Her Business called Pet Luxury, A Business, She started in 2018, A Business that is dedicated to Pets and Virginia is a Pet Lover and Pet Luxury Pet Products are tremendous and great for Pets.

She Returned in 2021, To Run for her old seat on the Westchester County Board of Legislators to Challenge County Legislator Jose Alvarado for the Seat and another opponent also ran by the name of London Reyes. Mr. Reyes, took enough votes to help County Legislator Alvarado win the race, due to a Split of Vote of Reyes and Virginia.

 

Virginia would have won this race, had Mr. Reyes not ran in the Race. There is always a question on if Virginia will return to Elected Office again, She was One of the Best Elected Officials, when she was in Office from 2012 till 2019. For Virginia, it was always about the people that She Served and not the Political Establishment and Party Bosses.

 I personally hope, that she does return to Elected Office again, the Fact is that we need more Elected Officials like Virginia Perez, People who look to help people that they represent and not elected officials who look to help the Political Establishment. 

 Virginia is a truly great person and is always a success in everything she does, whether it's as an Elected Official or a Business Owner at Pet Luxury. Virginia is an Inspiration to all who knew her and I am very honored to call her A Friend. 

The Sky is the Limit for this Woman Named Virginia Perez. She is an inspiration to us all. She always gives life the absolute best in the Virginia Way. I only see great things in the future for Virginia Perez.
