Dear Neighbors and Friends,                 

This weekend marks the convergence of two important religious holidays, as our Jewish friends begin the celebration of Passover, and our Christian friends observe Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

We see hope and renewal in the blossoming of flowers and budding of trees, and look forward to safe holiday celebrations with family and friends. But as we enjoy these occasions, let us also take time to reflect on those throughout the world who are not as fortunate, and on how we can help those who are battling insurmountable odds prevail.
