Yonkers Insider: Statement from New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District.

 



At today's hearing on Local Government funding in the proposed State Budget, as an Arab-American /Jordanian-American legislator, I asked New York Mayor Eric Adams to support my proposal to fund additional security help for the corner stores and neighborhood businesses owned by members of Yemeni American Merchants Association (YAMA), suffering from increased crime. The Mayor agreed to work with me on this proposal, and visit Yonkers soon. https://www.yamausa.org/
