The Yonkers City Council held a Rules Committee Meeting last night, January 18, 2022. All items on the agenda appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items. 

Items for Consideration by Administration 1. Resolution – appointment of John Liszewski as the Commissioner of Finance and Management Services. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to City Council Stated Meeting agenda of January 25, 2022.) 2. Resolution – to issue a determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act relating to the adoption of the 2020 Westchester County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to Environmental Policy and Protection Committee for further discussion.) 3. Resolution – authorizing the adoption of the 2022 Westchester County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to City Council Stated Meeting agenda of January 25, 2022.) 4. Resolution – accepting the donation of training equipment from the Leary Firefighters Foundation. (No Fiscal Impact.)
