Yonkers Insider: College Application Workshop with YPIE.

 


On Saturday, December 4th, I was happy to partner with Yonkers Partners in Education (YPIE) to help Yonkers Public Schools seniors get ready for college. More than 40 students registered for one-on-one assistance, which included help with applications, essays, and financial aid. Thank you to all the volunteers who showed up to assist, including Columbia University, Sarah Lawrence College, Westchester Community College, and Reach Prep. It was such a successful event, that we’re hoping to repeat it next year.
