Congresswoman Stacey E. Plaskett is one of the most dynamic public figures of our time. Capturing America’s attention as a House Impeachment Manager in the second impeachment trial of Donald Trump, Plaskett helped us believe a better future was on the horizon. The Congresswoman presented compelling evidence of Trump's role in planning the January 6th insurrection and his intent to stop Congress from fulfilling its Constitutional duty to the peacefully transfer of power. She is currently serving her fourth term in Congress. Congresswoman Plaskett serves on the Committee on Agriculture, and was previously the Chair of the Subcommittee on Biotechnology, Horticulture and Research. Plaskett is also the first member from a U.S. territory and the fourth African-American woman to serve on the House Committee on Ways and Means, the oldest and one of the most exclusive committees in Congress. She also serves on the House Committee on the Budget. Plaskett is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, House Blockchain Caucus, and the New Democrat Coalition where she is a co-chair of the Infrastructure Taskforce and the at-large Leadership Member. Congresswoman Plaskett also co-chairs the Congressional Caribbean Caucus.
