The June 22nd Primary is Almost Here. Here are 3 ways to vote: VOTE BY MAIL: Apply for your Absentee Ballot by June 15. VOTE EARLY: Vote in person at any Early Voting site in Westchester from June 12 to June 20. VOTE ON PRIMARY DAY: Vote in person at your designated Primary Day site from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22.  For absentee ballot applications and all other voting information, go to the Westchester County Board of Elections website at citizenparticipation.westchestergov.com. ******Reasons Permitted for Voting by Absentee Ballot INCLUDE: "Temporary illness includes being unable to appear due to risk of contracting or spreading a communicable disease like COVID-19.
