The Elmsford Little League had a great season - and they worked very hard to keep children, their family and friends safe. One impressive initiative they took was using localive TV. All games were live and can be played back anytime on smart devices or computer so parents, grandparents and other family members could watch the games at home. Other leagues learned about what they were doing from extending the dugouts to include fenced in areas, sanitizer stations, and streaming games live. Other leagues around the state came to see what we did and replicated it at their fields. A side note about their graduation ceremony. As the League locked the gates on the field for the last time until April 2021 a rainbow came over Elmsford. How perfect was that? After being so lucky this year getting the season in ! One kid said that Elmsford Little League was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. A big thank you to the coaches and volunteers who worked hard this season.
