Yonkers Insider Editorial: City Employee Fired for no reason has documented disabilities.

An issue that we have just been made aware of in terms of The Yonkers Public Library at the Grinton Will Library on Central Avenue to fire a Librarian Daniel A. Sabol. This is a story that must be seen in the light of day in my view. Mr. Sabol was just shy of his Probation at his job, I have heard from Sources.

The firing was on ficitious Emails that a woman by the name of Susan Thayler thought that Sabol wrote himself and also added on was Sabol was accused of walking away from a conversation that he was not aware he was part of, also a Job Description was left on Sabol's Desk as well. Other individuals sent the emails that Sabol was accused of sending. It is clear after talking to individuals that Mrs. Thayler wanted Sabol out of his position at the Library. This is truly a very sad story and it needs to be exposed in the light of day in my view.

Had a discussion with people who know Mr. Sabol and they stated to me that he is a great person and was a great employee and that he didn't deserve to get fired at the Yonkers Public Library - The Grinton Will Branch on Central Avenue.

There are many questions on this issue and we bring this matter to the public's attention to expose when there was something done wrong to a good person like Mr. Sabol. My Newspaper has always stood up for the little guy against the Powerful. The Little guy needs to have a voice and Yonkers Insider Newspaper has always been that voice for the Voiceless for the last 16 Plus Years.

Sabol is a Documented Disabled Person and is a very good person and was a good employee and this is a very sad story and that is why I feel that this story needs to be told for all to read.

In the past, Sabol was awarded an outstanding work proclamation from the Yonkers City Council for helping homeless people get back to work by joining with other various agencies to get the homeless items like suits, shoes and resume help. This situation of what happened to Mr. Sabol does clearly need to get exposed and I thank the individual who reached out to me about this story of Injustice.

In Closing,  In my Opinion: I Hope that the library is ready for a major court battle as this seems to be a case of actions of discriminatory, retaliatory, and just unnecessary in these tough times in our view and opinion.
