Friends,
I sincerely hope this message finds you well. Yonkers currently has 6,634 total cases. To put it into perspective, from last week to today, we have not seen a significant increase. What we are doing has proven to be working. Continue to do what has gotten us to this point. We are living in unimaginable times, and the unthinkable has been asked of you. The proof is in the pudding.
Your efforts have led to the flattening the curve. Now, I am asking for just a bit more of you. Stay the course and rise to the occasion. Protect one another, and most importantly, protect yourself.
If you don’t already know this, here in Yonkers, we don’t give in, and we don’t give up.
We are Yonkers strong.
