Friends, I'd like to congratulate all of my Democratic colleagues in government for winning their respective local, county and judicial races! On Tuesday, Democrats showed up and made their voices heard across our region this and I couldn't be more proud. Looking forward toward's next year's marquee races, I hope that the enthusiasm is sustained into the next cycle! In addition, was great to see the success of early voting for the first time as well. In City of Yonkers, over 2,000 voters participated in early voting, and it's impact proved to make the difference in some close races! I am proud to have supported legislation that introduced Early Voting across New York State and expanded access to our democratic process. It's my sincere belief that these reforms serve to the betterment of our communities, our state, and our nation at large.
