Wilson Kimball currently serves as the Commissioner of Planning and Development for the City of Yonkers.
She was appointed to this position by Mayor Mike Spano in January 2013. Prior to serving as Commissioner,

Kimball spent several years with the New York State Executive Chamber, holding positions as Counsel and Chief-of-Staff to First Lady Libby Pataki, Speechwriter and Research & Policy Analyst.
Kimball graduated Dean’s List with departmental honors from Skidmore College and earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.Additionally, Kimball served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Hugh L.
