His professional affiliations and positions include: a member of The National Association of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors, Westchester County Board of Realtors.
Henry Djonbalaj serves the community as the Vice-President of the Untermeyer Park Performing Arts Council, Vice-President of McLean Avenue Merchants Association (also known as M.A.M.A) Yonkers IDA ,Yonkers Parks Board, Lincoln Park Taxpayers Association and Yonkers Chamber of Commerce, Yonkers Owners Association, Albanian American association of Yonkers just to name a few.
As a homeowner in the Lincoln Park section of Yonkers, Henry is very involved in his community.
Henry Djonbalaj is extremely optimistic about both the real estate market and the continued success and improvement of the City of Yonkers.
As Vice Chairman of the McLean Avenue Merchants Association, Henry Djonbalaj is a strong believer in the growth and vitality of the #McLeanAvenue business district and can often be seen walking up and down the avenue meeting with merchants to discuss their needs and taking suggestions on how to make the business climate more cohesive to its patrons.
He has encouraged The City of Yonkers to look into increasing parking availability, improving street lighting, increasing police presence and honoring all residents by hanging flags on ethnic holidays.
Henry Djonbalaj is also very involved as Vice-President of the Lincoln Park Taxpayer’s Association
With the love and support of his beautiful wife Marian and his two wonderful children, Adrian and Emilia, he also puts extra time into the organizations which are near and dear to him, The Albanian American Westchester Association, as well as The Aisling Irish Community Center, where he sits on the Board of Directors.
These organizations are right here in the community and help many immigrants who come to settle locally in the area and guided by the many wonderful entrepreneurs who went before them in pursuing their dreams upon arriving in our great United States of America.
