Dear Neighbor,
The school year is coming to a close, and I spent some time at the Yonkers Early Childhood Academy this week.
I issued them a challenge at the beginning of the school year, to pledge to attend school each day. They signed Pledge 182, pledging to increase attendance. One student even had perfect attendance!
Our students continue to thrive with the support of our teachers, their families and our local community.
