Senate Housing Committee to Hold Public Hearing in Westchester on
Rent and Tenant Protection Laws.

Senators on the Housing, Construction and Community Development Committee and their colleagues will take testimony to examine rent regulation in New York State and look at proposals to expand tenant protections before these laws expire on June 15. This is the fifth hearing on this topic. The first hearing was held in Syracuse on May 9, 2019.
