The State Assembly honored members of the U.S. Military Academy during the 71st annual West Point Day in Albany on April 24. The New York State Legislature has conducted this yearly proclamation since 1952.
The attendees included the 61st Superintendent of USMA, Lt. Gen Steven W. Gilland.
