YONKERS ON THE MOVE: AMS Acquisitions Will Go Before The City of Yonkers Planning Board In A Few Weeks For The Formal Review Of Its Site Plans On Two 41-Story Apartment Towers At 41 Buena Vista Avenue. DOWNTOWN YONKERS: A project that, is a short distance south of the Metro-North train station, would involve two phases, with a total estimated cost of $425 million. There would be a total of 873 apartments in the two towers. The project also would have 4,800 square feet of retail/commercial space and 889 parking spaces. There would be a total of 10 stories of parking, with four below grade stories and six above-grade stories. The site is where the former Teutonia Hall stood.
