The Ukrainian Flag flies over the New York State Capitol today, and this evening many New York State landmarks including the Governor Mario Cuomo Tappan Zee Bridge, Niagara Falls and 1 World Trade Center will be lit blue and yellow to mark the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The State of New York stands with Ukraine.
