Mayor Spano welcomed guests to the first in a series of distinguished speakers hosted by Yonkers Public Schools and Superintendent Dr. Edwin M. Quezada. The first event, held at the Riverfront Library featured State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins.
