Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will join Yonkers Fire Department Commissioner Anthony Pagano Friday, November 4 at 11:00AM at Yonkers City Hall (40 South Broadway) for the promotion and swearing in of newly promoted Captains and Lieutenants in the Yonkers Fire Department.
