Yonkers Insider: Statement from Yonkers City Councilman Corazon Pineda Issac 2nd District.

 


On March 17th, I will be joining the Westchester Independent Living Center, the Autism Project FLOS, and other local community organizations for Spanish language workshops to help parents of children with special needs learn how to advocate for their children. Both workshops will be held via zoom; the first from 11:30am-1:00pm and the second from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Zoom log-in details are below. If you, or anyone you know, want to learn more about your rights and resources available in advocating for your special needs children, I encourage you to attend these training sessions.
