Yonkers Insider: PAL GRAND RE-OPENING PARTY.

On Saturday, December 18, the P.A.L. held its Grand Re-Opening Holiday Party for the Developmentally Disabled.  There was music, dancing, gifts and, of course, a visit from SANTA!
