LETTER FROM DA ROCAH AND OTHER DISTRICT ATTORNEYS URGING GOVERNOR HOCHUL TO SIGN LEGISLATION ON FRAUDULENT COVID VACCINATION CARDS.

 

 

Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah joins District Attorneys from Bronx County, Kings County, Queens County, Richmond County, Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York County in urging Governor Kathy Hochul to sign legislation that would strengthen New York’s laws against possessing or forging fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards or digital passports. If signed, altering a COVID-19 vaccine card would be considered a Computer Tampering offense.
