On Tuesday, December 22, 2020, the Yonkers City Council held a Special Meeting. Below are the items and a summary of how each item was discussed and/or voted. Special Meeting The following items were on the agenda: Resolution Approving the Assignment of that certain partnership-payment agreement, dated as of January 20, 2004 by and between the City of Yonkers and Herriot Street Housing, L.P. to Hudson Valley Property group LLC. (Voted 7-0) All other business properly coming before the Council.
