1. A Local Law amending Article XII of the Charter of the City of Yonkers entitled "Police Department" in relation to the creation of a Civilian Complaint Review Board (Negative Fiscal Impact)

 

2. A Local Law amending Article XIV of the Charter of the City of Yonkers entitled "Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation" in relation to providing written notice to the City Council of matters involving regulation, use, fees and charges with respect to Parks and Recreation facilities (No Fiscal Impact)

 

3.    A Local Law amending Chapter 109 of the Code of the City of Yonkers entitled “Vehicles and Traffic” in regard to authorizing and empowering the City of Yonkers to establish a program imposing monetary liability for failure of a vehicle operator to stop for a school bus displaying a red visual signal and stop-arm (Positive Fiscal Impact)

 

4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
