Yonkers Insider: Town of Greenburgh Report.

At 5 PM today there will be a TEDx event. I asked Rowan Haffner, Rishika Bansal and Ethan Hersch -organizers of the TEDx zoom event what it takes to produce a TEDx talk. They are students at Scarsdale High School. It's possible that students at other schools in Greenburgh might want to organize a TEDx event (remotely or at a studio) later this school year. The link to the 5 PM TEDx talk can be found below: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjEH6KGuAyxge4Aw-B3hVdA?view_as=subscriber Speakers today include Elza Erkip, NYU Tandon School of Engineering professor; Rob Kissner, founder of the Digital Arts Experience on Central Ave in Greenburgh ; and Irvington resident Genevieve Piturro, founder of the Pajama Program. I am also one of the speakers and briefly talked about why students shouldn't be afraid of failure. I mention my first campaign - I ran for Student Council President in High School and---lost! But, I learned from the experience. Info on how to produce TEDx event on web.
