Con Ed now says most people will receive power on or before Sunday. But, some could receive power later- next week. Very upset because Con Ed was totally unprepared. They are still waiting for out of state crews. And are providing localities with inadequate restoration help. Received an updated e mail from Optimum which I posted on the town website. Dry ice today at New Rochelle City Hall till 6 P.M.
