link to make an absentee ballot request... https://absenteeballot.elections.ny.gov/Home/AbsenteeBallotRequest So far I have been unsuccessful in persuading the NYS Board of Elections or Westchester County Board of Elections to place secure voting ballot boxes outside municipal buildings -similar to the boxes placed in states all over the nation. I am very surprised (actually shocked) that NYS (which is one of the more progressive states in the nation) has not authorized these secure voting boxes which would have enabled voters to avoid the postal service and also avoid going inside crowded polling places if they are worried about getting infected with COVID. Early voting: Saturday, October 24 to Sunday November 1 at Greenburgh Town Hall or Dobbs Ferry Village Hall. Times are posted on website.
