PRIMARY ELECTION JUNE 25TH, 2019 (This is a new date for the Primary Election.)

Despite what some of you may have heard, Choice Matters has not endorsed any candidates in this 2019 Primary Westchester County Court judicial contest. Choice Matters HAS interviewed all 4 of the Democratic Primary candidates and rate ALL 4 as "Pro-Choice." WCLA - Choice Matters is a 501(c)4 and cannot "endorse." By NYS law, Choice Matters is permitted to "rate". Choice Matters' NYS Political Action Committee, WCLA PAC, can and will endorse in this race following the Primary on June 25th. Had the candidates differed on their position on Choice, WCLA PAC would have gotten involved in the Primary.
